Classic Chocolate Sauce
|Cooking chocolate||60 Gram (1 Square)|
|Cornflour||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt chocolate over hot water, in top of double boiler.
Gradually, stir in 3/4 cup hot water,.
Dissolve cornflour in 1/4 cup cold water, and stir into chocolate mixture.
Cook over boiling water, stirring frequently, about ten minutes.
Add butter and vanilla.
