Pork Chops With Browned Garlic Butter Sauce
|Pork chops||12 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Browned garlic butter sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sprinkle pork chops with Pork and Veal Magic (use a total of about 2 tablespoons), patting it in with your hands.
Thoroughly combine the remaining Pork and Veal Magic with flour in a flat pan; reserve.
Heat about 1/4 inch oil in a very large skillet over medium-high heat until hot, about 2 minutes.
Coat each chop with seasoned flour; shake off excess.
Fry chops in hot oil until dark golden brown and cooked through, 4 or 5 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels.
