Pine Nut Butter Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, seeded and thinly slivered
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter in a medium-size frying pan over medium heat.
Add bell pepper and cook, stirring often, until limp but not brown (4 to 6 minutes).
Stir in pine nuts and cook until lightly
