Ingredients
  Red currant 6 Ounce (175 Gram)
  Liquid honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Rub 125 g (4 oz) of the redcurrants through a nylon sieve into a bowl.
2. Stir the honey into the redcurrant puree, then stir in the remaining redcurrants.
