Chicken & Broccoli With Tangy Cream Sauce
2 medium carrots, cut into 2 x 1/4-inch strips, about
1 cup 2 bone-in chicken breasts (10 to 12 oz. each) split in half, skin removed
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Unwrap broccoli and place in 9-inch square baking dish.
Microwave at High for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until defrosted, breaking apart after half the time.
Arrange broccoli with flowerets toward center of same baking dish.
