Prawns In Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  Prawns 3⁄4 Kilogram
  Ginger 2 Inch
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Turmeric 1 Pinch
  Red chilies To Taste
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Zeera 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 250 Gram
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Clean prawns, heat oil and fry ground spices.
2. Add prawns, blanched tomatoes and salt.
3. Bring to boil and simmer till done.
4. Add vinegar and little sugar before serving
