Rum Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 2 Small, finely chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Peppercorns 6 , crushed
  Currant jelly 2 Teaspoon
  Rum 2 Ounce
  Meat gravy 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Of Any Meat)
Directions

Parboil raisins in enough water to cover; drain.
Combine vinegar, onions, bay leaf, and peppercorns.
Boil until liquid is reduced by one half.
Add jelly, rum, and meat gravy.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add raisins.
