Rum Raisin Sauce

|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Small, finely chopped|
|Peppercorns||6 , crushed|
|Currant jelly||2 Teaspoon|
|Meat gravy||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Of Any Meat)|
Parboil raisins in enough water to cover; drain.
Combine vinegar, onions, bay leaf, and peppercorns.
Boil until liquid is reduced by one half.
Add jelly, rum, and meat gravy.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
