Asparagus Sauce 2 Quick Blender Hollandaise

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in blender.
Whirl slightly.
Heat butter until bubbly.
Do not brown.
While eggs are whirling, drizzle butter slowly into blender.
Whirl only until thick; this takes much less time than you may think.
