Steamed Soft Shell Crabs With Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
  Soft shell blue crabs 12 Ounce, thawed if frozen (6 Crabs, 2 Ounces Each)
  Unseasoned rice vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced green onions with tops 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh ginger 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Drain crabs; then arrange, back sides up, in a single layer on rack.
Cover and steam over high heat until crabs are just opaque in center; cut to test about 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together vinegar, onion, ginger, and sugar in a small bowl.
Transfer crabs to warm plates; offer ginger flavored sauce to spoon over each portion.
