Steamed Soft Shell Crabs With Ginger Sauce
|Soft shell blue crabs||12 Ounce, thawed if frozen (6 Crabs, 2 Ounces Each)|
|Unseasoned rice vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions with tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh ginger||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Drain crabs; then arrange, back sides up, in a single layer on rack.
Cover and steam over high heat until crabs are just opaque in center; cut to test about 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together vinegar, onion, ginger, and sugar in a small bowl.
Transfer crabs to warm plates; offer ginger flavored sauce to spoon over each portion.
