Broccoli With Creamy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli spears 30 Ounce (3 Packages, 10 Ounces Each)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce To Taste
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Prepare broccoli according to package directions; drain.
