Ginger Peanut Sauce
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peeled minced ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|1% milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Creamy peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Low sodium teriyaki sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion, gingerroot, sugar, and garlic; saute until onion is tender.
Combine onion mixture, milk, and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
