Homemade Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Chinese plum sauce 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Applesauce 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Apricot preserves 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Crushed pineapple 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Chili sauce 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Garlic juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
Directions

1. Discard any solid pieces from Chinese plum sauce.
2. Combine all ingredients and put in blender. Blend for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer to a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Let cool and put in a covered jar.
