Homemade Plum Sauce
|Chinese plum sauce||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Applesauce||200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)|
|Apricot preserves||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Crushed pineapple||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Chili sauce||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Garlic juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Sugar||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
|Vinegar||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|
1. Discard any solid pieces from Chinese plum sauce.
2. Combine all ingredients and put in blender. Blend for 2 minutes.
3. Transfer to a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Let cool and put in a covered jar.
