Pork & Coriander Meatballs With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Lean minced pork 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chili pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Sun dried tomato puree 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh coriander 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Canned chopped tomatoes 1 3⁄4 Pound (875 Grams)
  Vegetable stock 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Sun dried tomatoes in oil 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
Directions

Mix together all the ingredients for the meatballs and form into 12 balls.
Place on a baking sheet.
Put the meatballs under a preheated hot grill and cook them for 6-7 minutes, turning once or twice, until golden and cooked through.
Meanwhile, put all the ingredients for the sauce into a saucepan, bring to the boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Put half the sauce in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Return to the pan with the remaining sauce, mix together, and heat through.
