Mint And Date Dipping Sauce
|Mint leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pitted medjool dates||3 , finely chopped|
|Serrano chile||1 , seeded and chopped|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
In a blender, combine the mint leaves, dates, serrano chile, lemon juice and water and puree until smooth.
Transfer the dipping sauce to a bowl and season with salt.
