Mint And Date Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  Mint leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pitted medjool dates 3 , finely chopped
  Serrano chile 1 , seeded and chopped
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a blender, combine the mint leaves, dates, serrano chile, lemon juice and water and puree until smooth.
Transfer the dipping sauce to a bowl and season with salt.
