|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Margarine||2 Teaspoon (acceptable)|
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook orange juice, uncovered, until reduced to 1 cup.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
Add some of the hot juice, mix well and pour entire mixture into pan.
Add sugar and cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in rind, lemon juice and margarine.
