Mustard Chive Sauce

Ingredients
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White distilled vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 6 Tablespoon, cut into bits and softened (3/4 Stick)
  Minced fresh chives 3 Tablespoon
Directions

In a small bowl stir together the mustard, the vinegar, the sugar, the salt, and 3 tablespoons water, making a smooth paste, and let the mixture stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
