Peaches With Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Low sugar grape spread 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned apricots in juice 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped and drained
  No sugar apricot spread 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Peach nectar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla beans 2 , split lengthwise
  Fresh peaches 3 Large, peeled, pitted and sliced
  Vanilla ice milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine blueberries and grape spread in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Strain puree; discard skins.
Cover and chill.
Combine apricots and apricot spread in container of electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Strain puree; discard pulp.
Cover and chill.
Combine nectar, water, and vanilla beans in a nonstick skillet.
Bring to a boil; add peaches.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
Let cool; cover and chill.
Remove peaches from liquid; arrange on serving plates.
Top each with 1//3 cup ice milk.
Spoon purees around ice milk
