Beef Liver With Oniony Cream Sauce
|Beef liver||1 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dehydrated onion soup mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Arrange bacon in a 13" x 9" x 2" oblong baking dish and cover with wax paper. Microwave Time Cook (power level 10) for 5 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon from dish, crumble, and set aside.
2. Arrange liver in baking dish, turning once to coat both sides with bacon drippings. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 2 1/2 minutes. Turn liver over
3. Blend remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over liver. Cover. Set microwave oven at Time Cook (power level 10) for 5 minutes, and then Time Cook (power level 5) for 6 minutes. If liver is not done to taste, microwave at Time Cook (power level 5) an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Top with reserved bacon.
