Creamy Orange Sauce
|Green onion||2 Tablespoon, sliced|
|Fresh parsley||2 Teaspoon, snipped|
|Orange peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fresh orange juice||1 Tablespoon|
In 2-cup measure, combine butter, onion, parsley and orange peel.
Microwave at High for 1 to 1 1/4 minutes, or until butter melts.
Stir in flour, salt and mustard.
Blend in milk.
Microwave at High for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring after every minute.
Stir in orange juice.
