Peachy Dessert Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apricot jam/Apricot preserves 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced peaches 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

In a small saucepan, mix the cornstarch and water.
Add the jam, lemon juice and sugar; bring to a boil.
Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes; reduce heat.
Add peaches and heat through.
