Peachy Dessert Sauce
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apricot jam/Apricot preserves||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sliced peaches||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh / Canned)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In a small saucepan, mix the cornstarch and water.
Add the jam, lemon juice and sugar; bring to a boil.
Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes; reduce heat.
Add peaches and heat through.
