Shrimp With Orange Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry/Chinese rice wine 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Raw shrimp 1 Pound, shelled and deveined with tail shells left on (30 Large / Medium)
For dipping sauce
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Orange marmalade 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon (Chinese)
Directions

1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the shrimp; stir to coat. Set aside for 20 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small serving bowl; set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°. Place the shrimp on a rack in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake until the shrimp feel firm and turn pink, about 6 minutes. Arrange on a platter.
