Fresh lime juice
2 Teaspoon (Chinese)
1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the shrimp; stir to coat. Set aside for 20 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients in a small serving bowl; set aside.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°. Place the shrimp on a rack in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake until the shrimp feel firm and turn pink, about 6 minutes. Arrange on a platter.
