Broiled Salmon With Lemon Herb Sauce
|Low fat mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Such As Hellman's Just 2 Good)|
|Chopped fresh dill||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Salmon fillets||24 Ounce (4 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)|
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small serving bowl. Cover and chill.
3. Sprinkle fillets evenly with salt and pepper. Place fillets, skin side up, on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 4 minutes; turn fillets, and broil 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
