Simple Chocolate Sauce
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine chocolate and milk in 2-cup measure or small bowl.
Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) until melted, 1 to 2 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Blend in sugar and salt.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) until sugar is dissolved, 45 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds.
Stir in vanilla.
