Sliced Peaches And Plums With Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped plums 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped candied ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 , cut into half, thinly sliced
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ripe peaches 4 Medium, cut into half, stone removed, sliced
  Plums 2 Large, cut into half, stone removed, sliced
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon (For Brushing Grid)
Directions

To make the sauce, combine the plums, ginger, honey, cinnamon, and orange slices in a saucepan.
Stir in juice.
Bring sauce to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce to simmer and continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
