Steamed Spareribs With Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork spareribs 1 Pound, cut into 1-1 1/2 inch squares (450 Gram)
  Cornstarch 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili pepper 1 , thinly sliced
  Ginger slice 3 , shredded
  Plum sauce 37 Milliliter (2.5 Tablespoon)
  Salted plums 2 , crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dark soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Coat spareribs with cornstarch and marinate in rib sauce.
2. Transfer ribs to a pyrex pie pan. Top with chili pepper slices. Steam over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes
