Basic White Sauce Using Butter Buds Mix

|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Butter buds mix||4 Ounce (Not Diluted, 1 Packet)|
|Fresh ground pepper||To Taste|
Combine milk, flour, and Butter Buds in a small saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Season with pepper and lite salt.
Use when you need a cream sauce as in macaroni and cheese, or creamed chicken or tuna.
