|Plain non-fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated lemon rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Beat cream cheese and sugar at high speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Gradually add yogurt, beating at low speed.
Stir in lemon rind and lemon juice.
