Best Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Heavy cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (firmly packed)
  Cocoa 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (unsweetened)
Directions

In the top of a double boiler, heat cream, butter, and sugars together until sugar is dissolved and butter is melted.
Add cocoa all at once and stir until well blended.
To serve, reheat over hot water.
