Steamed Crab With Ginger Sauce
|Hard shell blue crabs||6|
|Salt||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Red wine vinegar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Sugar||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Ginger||30 Milliliter, grated (2 Tablespoon)|
1. Place crabs in a large bowl. Slowly run cold tap water continuously over crabs. Add 3 tablespoons salt and let stand for 1 1/2 hours to eliminate the sediment in crabs.
2. Rinse and drain crabs. Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
3. While crab is steaming, combine ginger sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
