Steamed Crab With Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
  Hard shell blue crabs 6
  Salt 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Red wine vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Ginger 30 Milliliter, grated (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

1. Place crabs in a large bowl. Slowly run cold tap water continuously over crabs. Add 3 tablespoons salt and let stand for 1 1/2 hours to eliminate the sediment in crabs.
2. Rinse and drain crabs. Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
3. While crab is steaming, combine ginger sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
