Fish In Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients
  Red snapper fillets/Other fish fillet 6 (Fresh / Frozen)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small Clove)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Toasted almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), ground
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pickled jalapeno pepper 1⁄2 , rinsed, seeded, and chopped to make 1 1/2 teaspoons
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Snipped cilantro/Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cook onion and garlic in oil till tender but not brown.
Add the almonds, lime juice, jalapeno pepper, the 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
Heat through.
In a well-greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish arrange fish fillets; sprinkle lightly with salt.
Top with onion mixture.
Sprinkle evenly with cilantro or parsley.
Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 40 minutes or till fish flakes easily with a fork.
