Low-Sodium Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned no salt chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Undiluted)
  Minced fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon
  Peanut butter 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients.
Top with cover, and process until smooth
