Sweet And Tangy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1 , slightly beaten
Directions

Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt and lemon peel in deep 1-quart bowl.
Blend in water and lemon juice.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until sauce is thickened and clear, 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring after half the cooking time.
Stir in margarine and egg yolk.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) until bubbly, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
