Oven Poached Bluefish With Tomato Cream Sauce
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fish stock||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato cream sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dressed bluefish||3 Pound (1 Fish)|
Place fish in a 17x12x2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, and then sprinkle with green onion.
Pour in Fish Stock or water, then wine.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a 350° oven about 35 minutes or till the fish is done.
Meanwhile, prepare the Tomato Cream Sauce.
Pass sauce with fish.
