Oven Poached Bluefish With Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fish stock 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dry white wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Tomato cream sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dressed bluefish 3 Pound (1 Fish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place fish in a 17x12x2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, and then sprinkle with green onion.
Pour in Fish Stock or water, then wine.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a 350° oven about 35 minutes or till the fish is done.
Meanwhile, prepare the Tomato Cream Sauce.
Pass sauce with fish.
