Tongue In Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2 (2 Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 1Cup Undrained)
  Cooked tongue slice 12
Directions

In 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole, melt butter (about 20 sec).
Stir in bouillon, brown sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, water and pineapple.
Add tongue slices.
Cook covered, 8 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring twice.
