Fragrant Ginger-Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger root 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced (peeled)
  Red pepper 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (fresh)
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Water 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add minced gingerroot and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes.
Remove mixture from heat; spoon into a small bowl, and stir in fresh cilantro, green onions, and water.
