Fragrant Ginger-Hot Pepper Sauce
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Ginger root||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced (peeled)|
|Red pepper||2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Cilantro||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (fresh)|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat until hot.
Add minced gingerroot and next 3 ingredients; saute 2 minutes.
Remove mixture from heat; spoon into a small bowl, and stir in fresh cilantro, green onions, and water.
