Herb Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Large Clove)
  Finely chopped fresh oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped thyme 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped flat leaf parsley 2 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped, Fresh)
  Finely chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned italian style tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
Directions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until hot.
Add garlic, and saute 1 minute.
Add oregano and remaining ingredients.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat; cook 25 minutes or until reduced to 2 cups.
