Herb Tomato Sauce
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Large Clove)|
|Finely chopped fresh oregano||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped thyme||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped flat leaf parsley||2 Tablespoon (Finely Chopped, Fresh)|
|Finely chopped fresh basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned italian style tomatoes||28 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)|
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until hot.
Add garlic, and saute 1 minute.
Add oregano and remaining ingredients.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat; cook 25 minutes or until reduced to 2 cups.
