Spring Fruit Sauce
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Strawberries||1 Ounce, sliced (frozen, thawed)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
Mix cornstarch and sugar in saucepan; stir in corn syrup.
Cook, stirring constantly, till slightly thickened.
Add lemon juice; cool.
Before serving, stir in bananas.
Spoon into sherbet glasses; top with scoop of orange sherbet.
