Pasta With Nut And Raisin Sauce
|Spaghetti||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Progresso)|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pignoli||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Pine Nuts)|
|Minced garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Oregano leaves||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Golden raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Progresso)|
Cook spaghetti according to package directions until just tender.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet heat olive oil until hot.
Add walnuts, pignoli, garlic and oregano.
Cook until pig-noli are light brown, about 3 minutes.
Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Place in skillet with sauce.
Add butter, sail and black pepper.
