Shrimp In Lobster Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground pork 1⁄4 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onions 8 , sliced lengthwise into thin slivers
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cubes 2
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked shrimp 2 Pound, cleaned (Jumbo Preferred)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
Directions

Fry pork and garlic in blazer pan of Oster Electric Chafing Dish at HI.
When pork is brown, add oil, onion, bouillon cubes and boiling water.
Bring to a boil.
Mix remaining ingredients except shrimp and eggs and add to mixture in pan.
Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
Add shrimp, cover and cook until shrimp are heated through.
Place over hot water bath at MED setting.
Stir beaten eggs briskly into mixture.
