Cabernet Sauce

  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced shallots 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Wafer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Burgundy/Other dry red wine 3 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Beef-flavored bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Low-sodium worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine.
Place over medium heat until margarine melts.
Add mushrooms and shallots; saute, stirring constantly, until mushrooms are tender.
Add flour, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add water and remaining ingredients,- cook until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
