  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non fat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Peeled seeded chopped tomato 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (1 1/4 Cups Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Thinly sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
Stir in chopped tomato, green onions, and celery.
