|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rhubarb/One 16-ounce package frozen rhubarb, thawed||1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch pieces to make 3 cups|
Combine sugar, water, and orange peel.
Bring to boiling; add rhubarb.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or till rhubarb is tender.
Remove orange peel.
If desired, serve over cake or ice cream.
