Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rhubarb/One 16-ounce package frozen rhubarb, thawed 1 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch pieces to make 3 cups
Directions

Combine sugar, water, and orange peel.
Bring to boiling; add rhubarb.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes or till rhubarb is tender.
Remove orange peel.
If desired, serve over cake or ice cream.
