Thick Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon, rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine sugar, cornstarch and water.
Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in butter, rind and juice.
