Steamed Serviceberry Puff With Lemon Sauce
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Serviceberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (fresh)|
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Sift together flour and baking powder.
Add alternately to creamed mixture with milk.
Fold in serviceberries.
Pour into greased pudding mold.
Steam on rack in covered kettle with water touching bottom of mold for 30 minutes.
