Boletus And Tomato Sauce
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Boletus||1 Pound, sliced|
|Canned tomatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Undrained)|
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned tomato paste||2 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of Small Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Pour oil into deep saucepan.
Add onions and garlic and saute lightly.
Add mushrooms, cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.
Remove cover and boil rapidly 5 minutes at high heat, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
Add tomato paste and water.
Simmer on low heat 30 minutes.
