Boletus And Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Boletus 1 Pound, sliced
  Canned tomatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Undrained)
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tomato paste 2 1⁄4 Ounce (1/2 Of Small Can)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Pour oil into deep saucepan.
Add onions and garlic and saute lightly.
Add mushrooms, cover and cook on low heat 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Remove cover and boil rapidly 5 minutes at high heat, stirring frequently.
Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
Add tomato paste and water.
Simmer on low heat 30 minutes.
