Chili Eggs With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Cheese sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  9 inch flour tortillas 4
  Eggs 8
  Chopped green chilies 4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Prepare Cheese Sauce; cover and keep warm over very low heat.
Heat oil (1/8 inch) in 12-inch skillet until hot.
Cook tortillas until light brown.
Drain on paper towels; keep warm.
Break each egg into measuring cup or saucer; carefully slip 1 egg at a time into same skillet.
Immediately reduce heat.
Cook slowly, spooning oil over eggs until whites are set and a film forms over the yolks (add small amount of oil if necessary).
Or turn eggs over gently when whites are set and cook to desired doneness.
Place 2 eggs on each tortilla; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour Cheese Sauce over eggs; sprinkle with chilies.
