Fried Crab Won Tons With Sweet & Sour Sauce
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce|
|Green onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Imitation crab||1⁄8 Pound|
|Wonton wrappers||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Package)|
|Pineapple juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Golden brown sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Won tons: In a medium bowl mash cream cheese till smooth.
Add green onions and imitation crab and mix until uniform consistency.
Fill won tons with 1/2 teaspoon of mixture.
Place water around edges of won tons, so when folded they stay together.
Heat oil in wok on medium heat.
Deep fry won tons until golden brown.
Place on paper towels to cool.
Dip in your favorite sauce.
Sweet & Sour Sauce: Put all ingredients into bowl and mix until blended.
Place ingredients in a small saucepan and heat on the stovetop until sauce has thickened.
Adjust flavor if needed.
