Peppercorn Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Green peppercorn 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained (Water / Brine Pack)
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small Clove)
Directions

Crush 1 teaspoon green peppercorns; reserve remaining whole peppercorns.
In a medium bowl, combine crushed peppercorns, mustard, mayonnaise and garlic.
Fold in reserved whole peppercorns to taste.
