Raw Vegan - Banana Ice Cream with Blackberry Sauce, Ep 243

This is a super simple, yummy & creamy raw vegan ice cream!! You won’t even know it just made out of fruit!! Tastes decadent like ice cream, but it’s healthy!! Perfect for kids (and adults too!)
Ingredients
For ice cream
  Frozen banana 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For blackberry sauce
  Blackberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Medjool dates 50 Gram, soaked, pitted
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

FOR BANANA ICE CREAM
MAKING
1. In a food processor, blend bananas to creamy consistency.

SERVING
2. Serve with blackberry sauce. Recipe follows.

FOR MAKING BLACK BERRY SAUCE
MAKING
1. In a blender, combine blackberries, dates and water. Blend until smooth. Strain with a strainer.

SERVING
2. Serve with banana ice cream.
