Vinaigrette Sauce

Ingredients
  Pimento 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped
  Scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Raw carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Capers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour gherkins 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Sweet gherkins 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Small
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1 1⁄8 Cup (18 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, snipped
  Hard boiled egg 1 , chopped
Directions

Mix ingredients together thoroughly, and store in covered glass jar in refrigerator.
Before serving, add to each 3/4 cup of sauce 2 tablespoons parsley and 1/2 hard-boiled egg.
